Michael patch’s iconic 36″ camp oven is a limited run of only 20 to be manufactured, these ovens are loosely based on the famous Alexandra Downs Station camp ovens that were made by mistake.

General Information.
- All patch camp ovens are sand casted in Toowoomba by Large’s Foundry and engineering using traditional methods and cleaned and prepared for sale personally by Michael Patch.
- All Patch Ovens are based on traditional Scottish foundry ovens like Carron, Cannon and Etna.
- Each oven is made to order and can take up to 3 months to complete your order.
- All ovens can be shipped all over Australia, Shipping quotes are available via contacting Michael Patch.
While there are a few furphies going around about this story, legend has it that someone in the late 1960s working at Alexandria Downs Station in the Northern Territory was asked to order six large camp ovens.
These ovens are believed to be made by the old Southern Cross Foundry in Toowoomba, the lid weighs 90Kgs and total weight of 175kgs.
